According to a press release from Parsons City Chief of Police, W.R. Rowe, a possible scam is coming through the internet about enhanced security for your “My Social Security Account.” The report states that after June 10 you can use an alternate way to sign into your account by using your cell phone or your email address as your second identification method. Before you attempt anything with this information, contact your local social security office for verification.
