Recently the Tucker County Livestock Judging Team traveled to Jackson’s Mill to participate in the WV Beef Expo Stockman’s Contest. Participants had to correctly identify retail meat cuts, feed samples, forages, evaluate beef cattle, and interpret cattle EPD’s, grade feeder calves, and answer questions about the beef industry.
