Owen Porter is a fifth year 4-Her and a member of the Flanagan Hill 4-H club. He regularly attends monthly club meetings, and is a great role model for younger 4-H members!
Each club leader nominates a deserving member to represent their club during the monthly leader’s association meeting. All leaders vote and select the 4-Her of the month.
