Tucker County Seniors Compete In All-Star Game

FROSTBURG, MD – The 34th Annual Lions All-Star Classic was played on Sunday April 13th. The game features Senior All-Stars from the West Virginia Eastern Panhandle against Western Maryland Senior All-Stars.

In the Girls’ game Tucker County players Stephanie Betler and Savannah Ambrose participated in the game. The outcome of the game did not favor the West Virginia team as they fell to the Maryland All-Stars 56-50. Stephanie Betler was named Co-MVP for the West Virginia team after the contest.

In the Boys’ game Tucker County players Ian Nichols and Mitchell Mason participated. The West Virginia team picked up the victory 114-112. Ian Nichols was named Co-MVP for the West Virginia team.
