Teresa Bates and James “Jessie” Smith, of Parsons, announce the engagement of their daughter Kimberly Ann Smith to Eric Todd Wamsley, the son of Charles “Fuzz” and Susan Wamsley of Hendricks. The bride to be is a 2010 Tucker County High School graduate, as well as a 2013 graduate of West Virginia University School of Nursing. Eric is a 2008 Tucker County High School graduate. He is employed by Parsons Woodworking. The wedding is planned for September 7, 2013 in Parsons. The couple plan to reside in Hendricks.
