The residence Yard of the Month was given to Phil Dent on St. John’s St. The yard is decorated with dahlias, marigolds, a scarecrow with a corn shock sets behind a large collection of pumpkins grown by the Dents.
The Business yard of the month for October was given to the Five Rivers Library, by Mountaineer Garden Club. The foliage plants of different colors line the Third Street side of the library.
