Wendy Wolford and Cindy Harsh were inducted into the West Virginia 4-H All Stars on Saturday, September 21, 2019, at WVU Jackson’s Mill. Becoming a West Virginia 4-H All Star is the highest honor a West Virginia 4-H member or volunteer can receive and recognizes their service through 4-H and other organizations.
