The Tucker County Fair’s annual Car Show was held Thursday August 21st. The winners of this year’s event included a 1934 Plymouth owned by Joey Wilson who took home Queen’s Choice Vehicle and Nick Nelson’s 1954 Farmall Tractor who took home the Queen’s Choice Tractor award. Other winners included Best Large Tractor winner Jeremy Hile’s 1980 John Deere 2440, Best small/mid sized Tractor winner Chris Cassidy’s Ford 9N 1940 and car awards including Shawn Poling’s 1973 Chevy Nova that took home the Best Antique Car award, Greg Knotts who took home Best Classic Car for his 1982 Chevy Truck, John Pennington’s 2022 Dodge Challenger that took home Best Modern Car and a Rust and Dust Award given to Joey Wilson for his 1934 Plymouth.
