Challenge in the Hills Coming Soon

The Tucker Co 4-Wheelers have been preparing the race grounds for the 39th Challenge in the Hills on Memorial Day weekend, May 26 and 27.    The gate will open on Friday, May 25 at 8 a.m. for campers to arrive.  Saturday, May 26 is the 300 ft Sand Drags.


Competitors will compete for First place in their respective class plus, best reaction time 4×4 during competition; fastest time of the day; track record is 3.114 seconds with a $300.00 bounty; plus, Top Eliminator of the day.

On Sunday, May 27, the Jr Drags start at 8 a.m. with kids from age 15 and down, who compete on a ATV, go-cart or machine that can go no quicker than 7 seconds.

The Mud pit starts on Sunday around 1 p.m. with Men and Women racing their machines thru a pit of MUD, 150 ft long for the chance to win First place plus maybe take home the Third Annual Dick Kidwell Fastest time award.

Concessions will be available both days.  Bring your lawn chairs for two days packed with gasoline, nitrous and alcohol powered machines and experience the excitement at the 39th Challenge in the Hills, Tucker County Style, Memorial Day weekend, May 26 & 27, 2018.
