Dent and family recognized for Pastor appreciation month

October 26, 2014 Saint Johns United Methodist church honored Rev. Philip Dent and family to celebrate Pastor appreciation month. The evening began with prayer for the pastor and family followed by a covered dish dinner in Smith Chapel. Following dinner the congregation expressed their appreciation for all the Pastor has done for the church with a touching music video, slide shows and cheer for Reverend Dent.

Those in attendance were Sonny and Patty Wilfong, Nola Devilder, Linda Lawerence, Kelly and Adelene Snyder, Mary Grado, Judy Fairbanks, Don and Mary Snyder, Harold and Joyce Fansler, April Fitzwater, David and Beverly Bennett, Axle and Page Purnell, Dewayne, Justin, and Christian Purnell, Chuck Streets, Donna, Candy, and Lacy Cross, Kim Sharp, Maria Hess, Ann Brobst, Eddie Brobst, Daniel Moore, Chari Moore, Craig and Sheila Wilfong, Mike Evans, Jean Wilmoth, Rachel Aker, Kennedy Aker, Dominiqe Meadows, Louella McElrath, Wanda Fike, Grace Stevens, Joyce Metheny, Tina, Amber and Corey Price, Steven Evans, Arlie and Snookie Davis, Paul and Alisa Poling, Steve and Mary Swisher and Maci Owens.
