Tucker County Schools along with Greta Rine, MS, CCC/SLP, and Cheryl Bifano, RESA VII Educational Audiologist, will be conducting hearing, speech and language screenings in school this fall. Hearing screenings are scheduled to take place on November 5-6, 2013.
Students who will be screened are as follows:
(1) All students entering school for the first time who have not been screened at school;
(2) All students who failed hearing or speech screenings last year; and
(3) Any teacher referrals (each must have written parental permission).
Parents will be notified if any student should fail the screenings.
