The Parsons Parks and Recreation Commission is excited to announce more improvements to the splash park, located in Mill Race Park in Parsons.
“Additional funding was secured through the William Mahan Harman Memorial Fund to finish the restrooms Additional improvements include construction of a gravel parking lot, construction of handicap parking spaces and installation of concrete walkways around the splash pad,” said PPRC President Kennetha Greenlief. “Our plans are to have these improvements completed by sometime next month, so we can have the splash park open to the public on Memorial Day Weekend.”
