Bridgeport, W.Va.—Dr. Luis Quiroga is a board-eligible plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. He is committed to helping patients feel confident in their skin—whether restoring form after illness or injury, or enhancing natural beauty with precision and artistry.

Originally from Argentina, Dr. Quiroga earned his medical degree summa cum laude from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba before completing a Master of Public Health at the renowned Johns Hopkins University. His diverse surgical training includes general surgery across leading U.S. programs, as well as fellowships in burn surgery and complex reconstruction at Johns Hopkins. Most recently, he completed his plastic surgery residency at West Virginia University, where he served as Chief Resident.

With more than a decade of surgical experience and a patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Quiroga offers thoughtful, individualized care across a wide spectrum of plastic surgery.

Clinical interests:

  • Aesthetic surgery, including facial rejuvenation, body contouring, breast augmentation, lift, and reduction
  • Breast reconstruction and gynecomastia surgery
  • Mohs reconstruction and scar revision, tailored for optimal outcomes
  • Burn reconstruction and complex wound care

He believes that excellent outcomes start with listening. Every consultation is a partnership built on safety, trust, and shared decision-making. Known for his calm demeanor and meticulous technique, Dr. Quiroga is especially passionate about helping patients navigate their reconstructive or aesthetic journey with clarity and confidence.

Dr. Quiroga is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society. He has co-authored many academic papers and book chapters, particularly in the areas of burn and reconstructive surgery.
