Members of the Mountaineer Garden Club prepared Valentines for residents of Cortland Acres Nursing Home.The 100 cards combined valentine cards, candy treats and even birdseed hearts for the birds. The valentines will be delivered in the beautiful box made by long time member Linda Hockman.
New projects for this year will be developing gardening therapy with members of Cortland Acres and obtaining a Blue Star Memorial for Tucker County Veterans in conjunction with the Veterans group of Tucker County.
