Sam England has accepted the position of General Manager at Canaan Valley Resort. nHis career with West Virginia Parks began in 1984, and was most recently the Chief of State Parks for the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources. England has extensive background in the hospitality industry and a longstanding passion for State Parks.
