Lots of HAPPENINGS coming to our Little City with the Big Heart; get you calendars marked now so you don’t forget what, when and where!
The first event is Thursday, November 14th at Piccolo Paula’s Caffe from 5 to 7 p.m. for the Parsons Blueprint Community Teams Chat ‘n Chew with FREE soup and breadsticks. Earlier this year the Team held two (2) events, an Ice Cream Social and a Cake Walk where you told them  we need more quality affordable housing, booming businesses, more things to do around the downtown area and more interaction with the rivers and rail trail.  This gathering an opportunity for us to snack, chat and narrow down the next direction to go and how we should get there.
Blueprint Community is a place based revitalization initiative that supports teams to help create sustainable and thriving communities.
And the second event for you, your family and friends PRO ON TRAC’s  4th Annual Christmas Home Tour Friday December 6th from 5 to 9 p.m..  We will have four (4) homes decorated for the Christmas Holiday, along with a local museum and our Historic Depot; where we will have our 2nd Annual Festival of Trees. This is the perfect opportunity for our local organizations, businesses and citizens to be creative and have a chance to win a cash prize for The People’s Choice Award voted on by the community.  The Festival of Trees will also be open for viewing on Saturday December 14th during the City of Parsons Christmas Holiday Festivities. Be watching for more information on these two (2) events soon
For more information on these events or on PRO ON TRAC or Parsons Blueprint Community Team please contact Diana DeLuca, Community Coordinator by email: proontrac2@gmail.com, or  941 467-2420 (cell).
