The Division of Highways announced the following temporary closure of traffic for paving on Tucker County Route 219\16 also known as Long Street from Wednesday, Oct. 2 through Thursday, Oct. 3. Paving will begin at milepost 0.00 and end at milepost 0.59. Times for paving will be 7 a.m. till 5 p.m. daily. Special accommodations will be made for emergency vehicles and school buses only. Motorists are advised to plan accordingly and use alternate routes.
