Holly Ferguson, Director of Sales for The Railyard Event & Conference Center

Elkins, WV: Taylor Hospitality Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Holly Ferguson as Director of Sales for The Railyard Event & Conference Center. In this role, Ferguson will lead all group and event sales efforts, supporting The Railyard’s mission to become a premier destination for conferences, performances, and special events in the region.

As Director of Sales, Ferguson will oversee bookings for the Conference Center and performance theater, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, tour groups, and special events. She will work closely with venue leadership and in collaboration with the Director of Entertainment to ensure a seamless experience for clients hosting both meetings and live performances at The Railyard.

The Railyard Event & Conference Center offers a highly flexible conference environment, with the ability to book the full space for large-scale events or configure the venue for smaller to mid-size meetings and conferences. Through the use of partition walls, the Conference Center can be converted into four distinct spaces, providing versatile layout options to meet a wide range of event needs.

“I’m honored to step into the role of Director of Sales for The Railyard Event & Conference Center,” said Ferguson. “This venue brings an exciting new level of opportunity to Elkins, offering a professional-grade stage, versatile collaboration spaces, and the ability to host corporate, private, and special events of all sizes. I look forward to working with our community and clients to help bring memorable events to life right here in our region.”

Ferguson brings a strong background in hospitality and event sales, with a focus on relationship-building, customized solutions, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Her leadership will be instrumental in positioning The Railyard as a flexible, full-service venue capable of serving local, regional, and destination events.

“The Railyard was created to benefit Randolph County, and Holly’s work supports that goal,” said Robbie Morris, Executive Director of Randolph County Development Authority. “Her leadership and collaborative approach help position the venue as a place that brings people together while contributing to local growth.”

“Holly’s expertise in group sales and her collaborative approach make her a key addition to The Railyard leadership team,” said Sean Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of Taylor Hospitality Management. “Her role is central to connecting clients with the venue’s unique capabilities and ensuring each event is executed with care and professionalism.”

The Railyard Event & Conference Center features a modern conference center, a 410-seat performance theater, and adaptable event spaces designed to accommodate everything from intimate meetings to large-scale conferences and live entertainment.
