The Mountaineer Garden Club hosted Energy Express children at the Cortland Acres high tunnel. Members gave a history of the high tunnel and MGC involvement in the project. The children were enthused about the garden and related many stories of their involvement at TVEMS high tunnel and were able to identify many of the plants. Chris Lambruno, demonstrated manual pollination of squash plants to the Energy Express participants.
