PARSONS – A Davis man accused of shoplifting 3rd offense, a felony, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday in Tucker County Magistrate Court. Clinton Dale Streets appeared with attorney Timothy Gentilozzi, who petitioned Streets’ bond be modified to a surety bond. Tucker County Magistrate Riley Barb granted the bond modification.
Streets was released, and Barb ordered he report to Tucker Community Corrections.
Also appearing in Tucker County Magistrate Court:
-Christopher Scott Earnest, 34, of Parsons appeared before Tucker County Magistrate Mont Miller Wednesday. Earnest is charged with one count of a felon in possession of a weapon.
Earnest’s attorney Brent Easton asked for a modification of bond, which was opposed by the state. Miller denied any modification to the bond. Miller found probable cause and the case was bound over for presentation to a Tucker County Grand Jury.
-Jamie Lynn Huffman, 34, of Parsons appeared with her attorney Megan Allendar on Wednesday in Tucker County Magistrate Court. Huffman is charged with one count of grand larceny, a felony.
Huffman waived her right to a preliminary hearing and Allendar asked for a modification of bond. Magistrate Riley Barb denied the request for bond modification.
