PARSONS – Two Parsons men appeared in Tucker County Circuit Court Tuesday and their case will be continued until they receive a decision from the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals regarding a certified question.
Joshua Lowther, 30, and Richard Allen Bell, 30, appeared before Tucker County Circuit Court Judge James Courrier Jr. Lowther was represented by James Hawkins and Bell was represented by Jeremy Cooper. The certified question deals with suppression issues.
Lowther and Bell were each indicted on four felony counts of possession of child pornography, four felony counts of distribution of child pornography, four felony counts of conspiracy to possess child pornography and four felony counts of conspiracy to distribute child pornography.
Aaron T. Wolfe, 36, appeared with his attorney Brent Easton. Wolfe’s hearing was continued until 1:15 p.m. May 5. Tucker County Prosecuting Attorney Ray LaMora III offered Wolfe a pre-trial resolution; however, Wolfe had not had sufficient time to look offer the resolution.
Wolfe was indicted by a Tucker County Grand Jury on one count of grand larceny and one count of receiving or transferring stolen goods.
Crystal D. Brown of McHenry, Maryland appeared with her attorney Frank Bush. Brown stipulated to a parole violation and her probation was extended until Dec. 31.
