Tucker County Commissioners sign a proclamation declaring April as Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month during their regular meeting Wednesday at the Tucker County Courthouse. Tucker County Family Resource Network Executive Director April Miller said this is the 23rd proclamation they have signed together for Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month. She said the FRN program has expanded over the last three to four years and now includes Barbour and Randolph counties with the Parents as Teachers Program, which was the first program in West Virginia to be Blue Ribbon Certified.
