The Tucker County Farm Bureau held the Annual Dinner meeting on September 24 at 6 p.m. at the Tucker County Senior Center. There were over forty members present. Members brought a covered dish to go along with the pulled pork and corn that was provided.
Farm Bureau is an organization of people like you … productive, conscientious citizens dedicated to improving the quality of their lives and the lives of those who depend on them. We care about feeding our families, the environment, educating our children and speaking out on issues of concern. It is our organization’s goal to provide leadership, education, information, training and economic services to enhance the quality of life of our members.
Bill Aiken, field representative, provided an update on the WV Farm Bureau and entertainment for the evening. Following his presentation awards for membership were given – Robert and Beverly Rosier – 20 years, Carlo and Patty Ricottilli – 20 years, Robert and Tamara Davis – 20 years, Robert and Wanda Freeman – 30 years, Catherine Ends- 30 years, Doris Bonner- 40 years, Mary Jane Hedrick – 60 years.
