The Annual VFTE Community Theater presentation of Charles Dickens’ The Ghost of Christmas, better known as Christmas Carol, will be performed in the style of an old time radio broadcast on December 14 from 7-8 p.m. in the Thomas Education Center located at 324 Brown Street, Thomas, WV. 304-463-4561. info@vfte.org
Auditions for a wide range of vocal parts and from ages eight to infinity will be held December 2, at 4 p.m. in the Thomas Education Center’s conference room.
As the winter season sets in, Charles Dickens’ Ghost Story of Christmas helps people get ready to share in the spirit of Christmas and the winter holidays of family, love and good cheer. The VFTE Community Theater has been is made of more than 24 different voices from Tucker, Preston, Garrett Counties directed by Ilene Evans.
The Saturday evening performance is free and open to the public. Suggested donation is $5 and canned goods will be collected for donation to the food pantry.
The performance will be Saturday, December 14 at the Thomas Education Center at 7 p.m.
Auditions will be held at the Thomas Education Center on Monday, December 2 at 4 p.m. All ages and all voices are welcome. There are parts for everyone.
