North Central WV Community Action Association, Inc. will be taking applications for the 2022 Garden Program beginning April 5, 2022. The Garden Program was designed to help families supplement their food supply. Participants will receive a voucher to purchase vegetables or fruit plants and seeds. Qualifying applicants must be at or below the 125% of the Federal Poverty guidelines for the family size.
