The homes are being raised above the flood level and will result in reduced flood insurance premiums, There are a total of four homes to be raised at a cost of $175,000 per home. City of Parsons Mayor, Dorothy Judy said, “The project is being paid for by the Federal Government through the Disaster Fund.”
