Some residents of the City of Parsons may have started noticing blue door cards hanging around town. The City of Parsons Code Enforcement has begun hanging “Thank You” cards at residences that have complied with red tag notices.
The initiative is aimed at acknowledging property owners who have complied with City request to clean up or manage their property. “Just a simple thank you. Just to go out and let them know,” Chief of Parsons Police Kevin Keplinger said.
