The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has announced this week that it will be hosting a public meeting regarding the proposed Ridgeline Power Plant Project. The announcement came as part of the Air Quality Permit Notice of Open Comment Period.
The DEP will provide information and answer questions on the air quality issues pertaining to the permit.
The meeting will be held Monday, June 30th from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Maple/Balsam/Spruce Rooms at Canaan Valley Resort State Park, 230 Main Lodge Road, Davis.
A virtual public meeting is also scheduled to accept oral comments relevant to the permit on Thursday, July 17th from 6 to 8 p.m. The DEP will not be responding to questions during the virtual meeting.
