PARSONS – The Tucker Community Foundation is proud to announce the creation of the Kelley Family Scholarship Fund. The new Kelley Family Scholarship will be used to provide a scholarship to a deserving Phillip Barbour High School graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or above and planning to pursue a 4 year degree in Engineering, Education or Dental Hygiene.
The Kelley Family Scholarship was created with the generous donation and support of Jeff and Nancy Kelley. The Kelley family created this scholarship fund to honor Jeffrey’s parents, Paul & Jean Kelley, his wife Nancy Kelley and his three daughters, Amber, Amada and Ashley. All of the Kelley family members attended schools in Barbour County and are honored to assist future students from Barbour County with their continued education at the 4 year college of their choice.
To donate to the Kelley Family Scholarship Fund or any of TCF’s other scholarship funds make checks payable to TCF and put the name of the scholarship fund in the memo line and mail to Tucker Community Foundation, P.O. Box 491, Parsons, WV 26287. To see a complete list of scholarship funds or to make an online donation go to www.tuckerfoundation.net.
