Free Tax Assistance will be available at Five Rivers Public Library only on the following days: Friday, February 19, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday, March 12, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. You need to be at the Library at least one hour before listed closing time.

To have your taxes prepared you will need

(no exceptions)

* Photo ID for Taxpayer and Spouse,

* Social Security cards for everyone

listed on return

* Medical insurance information.

Bring current year’s tax package * all forms, W-2 and 1099’s

* Information of other income * Information for all deductions / credits * a copy of last year’s tax return.
