St. George Medical Clinic will sponsor a special section in The Parsons Advocate recognizing TCHS Seniors, and 8th grade students from DTEMS and TVEMS.
Submissions will be on-line only. They will not be accepted via email, text or office drop offs.

This form is to provide necessary information for graduating seniors and eighth graders to be published in the Graduation Edition that will be published in the May 24 edition of The Parsons Advocate newspaper. Submission will be accepted until 7 p.m. on May 17. Your email will be collected only to contact you if there are any questions about your submission.
