PARSONS – Parsons residents took to the microphone on Friday night during the Parsons Volunteer Fire Department Homecoming Week to showcase their talents during the festival’s Performance Motors Karaoke Showdown. This year, there were five participants.
Resident Tammy Michael said the showdown was lots of fun and said it was a nice evening of good family entertainment.
The winners in the Performance Motors Karaoke Showdown are first place, Brandy Herron of Parsons. Coming in second place during the showdown was Devin McDaniel of Parsons. The third-place winner was Richard ‘Stoney’ Stone of Parsons.
Parsons Volunteer Fire Department Chief Kevin White again thanks those who helped make the week a success. He also thanked the sponsors including the City of Parsons, PRO ON TRAC, the Tucker County Parsons and Recreation Commission, the Parsons Volunteer Fire Department and Performance Motor Sales Inc.
