Clay Poling, a 2022 graduate of TCHS, was presented the Good Citizen Award and Scholarship by the Blackwater Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Giving him the award are Blackwater Chapter Regent Cathy Hebb and Chapter Past-President Cindy Kolsun. Clay wrote a moving essay about how important it is to help others and volunteer in the community. He received a $500 scholarship, a certificate, and a pin.
