One hundred thirteen students, including six from Tucker County, achieved Merit List recognition last fall semester at Eastern WV Community and Technical College. To make the list, students must earn a minimum 3.25 grade percentage while taking at least six hours of college credit.
From Thomas, Abbey Danielle Eye, Mary-Cathrine Pennington and Alexis Dianne Roth achieved the recognition.
Davis’s Kayla Breanne Wolford, Eglon’s Zoe Jordan-Lewis Sypolt and Hambleton’s Christopher Dewayne Purnell also made the list.
In all, 113 students from WV’s Potomac Highlands and surrounding areas made Eastern’s fall semester Merit List.
