St. George Senior Outpost met July 20, 2023 at the St. George Community Church.  Sharon Daniels welcomed everyone, led the pledge of allegiance, and blessed the food.  After a great meal, Betty Sturm played piano for group singing of songs in keeping with the theme of Christmas in July.  Becky Poling gave hand bells to the group and directed the playing of more Christmas carols.  Sharon shared several Christmas stories.

Attending in addition to the above was Alice Phillips, Lee Ann Barton, Brad Barton, Buddy Arnold, Pete Kuhn, Carman White, Claudette Judy, Jack W. Miller, Sylvia Rosenau, Arlene Ramsey, Virgil Knotts, Jane Pifer, Virginia Popio, Dale Varner, Don Nestor, Dorothy Simpson, Anna Fitzwater, Sue Carroll, April Fitzwater, Brenda Jones, Raymond Collins, Carol Weinstein, Janice F. Poling, James C. Poling, Shirley Cassidy, P. Ann Flanagan, and Eleanor Nestor.

The Parsons Senior Center provides a van and seniors are always welcome to come, bring a covered dish, and bring a friend.   The next gathering is August 17, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the St. George Community Church for food, fun, fellowship, and a few games of bingo.
