Davis, W.Va. — The Tucker County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) is pleased to announce the selection of ZMM Architects & Engineers (ZMM), based in Charleston, West Virginia, as the architects for the new Tucker County CVB Visitor Center.

ZMM has an impressive portfolio of notable projects throughout the state, including the expansion and renovation of the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center and the design and development of the Tucker County Courthouse Annex in Parsons.
The initial phase of the project involves site selection, guided by ZMM’s expertise. Once a location is determined, the team will move forward with the design process.

The Tucker County CVB has secured a total award of $1.55 million for this project. The funding will be used to construct a 3,200-square-foot facility designed to offer a state-of-the-art visitor experience. This project is expected to significantly boost the county’s tourism industry, providing an enhanced experience and a vibrant community gathering space.
