The Tucker Cultural District Authority is pleased to announce the reappointment of two of its members and the replacement appointment of another. On April 22, 2015 Governor Earl Ray Tomlin approved the reappointment of Diane Hinkle and Brad Moore to the TCCDA Board as well the replacement of board member Stephen Haid by Jessica Scowcroft. Hinkle, a commissioner on the Tucker County Commission, will serve as the Commission representative for the term ending June 30, 2016

Moore’s reappointment will be for the term ending June 30, 2018 while Scowcroft’s appointment will be for the unexpired term of Haid ending June 30, 2016.

“I am honored to be allowed the opportunity to continue to serve on the board for another term” said Moore “and I think the appointment of Jessica who is also the Executive Director of the Tucker County Convention and Visitors Bureau to the board is a great fit.” The TCCDA was established during the 2013 Regular Session of the State Legislature by Senate Bill 561 to preserve and highlight the culture and history of Tucker County. Other Board members serving at this time are LE Herrick, Tim Turner, Robert Burns, and Seth Pitt.
