This is letterhead for Floyd McDonald (1873-1938), Justice of the Peace, Harman, Randolph County. He ordered office supplies on December 2, 1898, from The Globe Printing and Bindery of Clarksburg, WV. Floyd was the son of Peter and Mary Helmick McDonald: he was married to Jemima Cooper. Jemima was the daughter of Christian and Christina Carr Cooper of Harman and a sister to my Great-great grandmother Salome Cooper Wymer.
