This is a rare five generation photo. Starting from left to right: Phoebe Jane Flanagan (1837-1918) married Vincent B. Pennington. Second Phoebe Janes’ daughter: Susan Pennington (1851-1928) married Charles Helmick 1873; she went on to marry Henry Rosenaw in1888. Third Susans’ daughter: Florence Helmick (1873-1939) married Leopold Miller in 1889. She went on to marry John Grim. Fourth Florences’ daughter Lena Miller (1900-1957) married in 1916 to Jesse Cochran. Fifth Lenas’ daughter (?) Cochran, who is between one and two years old.
