Ken Smith, president of McClain Printing Company, congratulates employee Jim Hebb for being named Employee of the Year for the third time

In December Jim Hebb became the first three-time recipient of McClain Printing Company’s Employee of the Year award.

“For over 38 years, Jim Hebb has been an indispensable part of the McClain Printing Company team.” MPC’s president, Ken Smith said. Serving as bindery foreman for most of that time, Hebb is the first one in the shop usually between 2 and 2:30 a.m. each work day and has always been just a phone call away to fix a folder, cutter or binder in the shop.

Smith stated “Jim is planning to retire at the end of January 2017, and his friendly demeanor and willingness to helping others will be greatly missed by his co-workers.” Jim’s family includes his wife, Cathy, and two children, Clare and Jimmy.
