Tucker County Grand Jury hands down Seven Indictments

The Tucker County Grand Jury, presided over by Judge Lynn Nelson, handed down indictments to the following individuals:


Tiffany N. Henline was indicted on charges of Shoplifting Third offense.

Tammy Lynn (Nelson) Mook was indicted on two counts Burglary, Two counts Receiving/transferring/concealing stolen property, two counts Grand larceny and two counts of Conspiracy.

Lester Leeroy Mook, Jr. was indicted on two counts of Receiving/transferring/concealing stolen property.

Thomas R. Harsh was indicted on five counts Sexual abuse in the first degree, 12 counts sexual assault in the second degree, 17 counts sexual abuse by parent guardian or custodian and 12 counts incest.

Ryan Deann Lower was indicted on two counts possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Jason A. Adkins was indicted on one count Larceny and one count Entering without breaking.

Jason R. White was indicted on one count of Murder.
