Caroline Marie Snyder

Caroline Marie Snyder, 31, of Thomas, West Virginia died March 27, 2020 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was in good health and death was unexpected. She was born September 15, 1988 in Elkins, West Virginia.

She is survived by her loving parents, William “Bill” J. Snyder and Cynthia “Cindy” L. Lambert Snyder, paternal grandmother, Beverly Snyder, Maternal grandparents, Robert and Jeannette Lambert, one brother, William “Billy” R. Snyder, four aunts and uncles, Linda Nichols and husband Pat, Teddy “Mush” Lambert and wife Judy, Penny Kidwell and husband Alan, Stacy Campbell and husband Robert, several great-aunts and great-uncles, and a host of cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, William W. Snyder.

Caroline was co-valedictorian of Tucker County High School Class of 2007. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and English from WVU, graduating in 2012. Anyone who knew her, knew she had a special love for her dogs. She enjoyed swimming, singing, and dancing. She liked art and was known for her own artistic abilities. Above all, Caroline loved her family and friends.

At the request of Ms. Snyder, she will be cremated. There are no services scheduled at this time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
