David Wayne “Eyeball” Eye

David Wayne “Eyeball” Eye, age 58 years, a resident of Hambleton, WV, departed this life Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at his home.  Death was unexpected. 
He was born Sunday, May 11, 1958 at Parsons, WV, a son of the late Burrell David Eye and Mary Frymyer Savage, who survives at Oakland, MD.
Also surviving are one brother, Steven Dale Eye and wife Diana; one sister, Rebecca Lea Dempsey and husband Jason, all of Holly Meadows; three nieces, Amber, Shena and Karri; one nephew, Adam; and one great grandniece, Sierra.
Also preceding him in death is one son, David “Brent” Eye.
He was a graduate of Parsons High School with the Class of 1976, where he was a member of the football squad and the marching band.  He was a former employee of D & W Truck Lines and an employee of Mineral Fabrication at Keyser, WV, where he was a welder and an equipment operator.  He enjoyed hunting and target practice.  “Eyeball” loved life and he was a friend to everyone. 
The family received friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m.  Final rites were conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 11 a.m.   Rev. Pat Cassidy officiated and interment followed at the Parsons City Cemetery at Parsons, WV.  The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements for David Wayne “Eyeball” Eye.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at; www.lohrbarbfuneralhome.com.
