Garry Lee Paugh, 62, of Thomas, West Virginia passed away on Wednesday, June 5th, 2019 at Garrett Regional Medical Center in Oakland, Maryland. He was born on March 3rd, 1957 in Parsons, West Virginia. He was a son of the late Elwood and Wanda Paugh. Garry was a member of the United Methodist Church. Garry loved the outdoors and enjoyed walking. He enjoyed hanging out at the Mt. Top Convenience Store, Jim Nelson’s Office, Thomas State Road Garage, and Kidwell’s with all of his friends.

He is survived by one brother, David Paugh and companion Bonnie Corbitt of Thomas, West Virginia, one uncle, Allan (Nancy) Hanline, of Baltimore, Maryland, one aunt, Betty Paugh, of Eglon, West Virginia, two nephews, Chris (Amber) Paugh, of Davis, West Virginia, and Patrick (Tessa) Paugh, of Davis, West Virginia, one niece, Sarah (Pete) Nickel, of Washington, Pennsylvania, one great-nephew, Austin Paugh, five great-nieces, Madalyn Nickel, Lauren Nickel, Charlotte Nickel, Skylar Paugh, and Bella Paugh, along with a host of cousins.

Friends were received at Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home, Sunday, June 9, from noon – 3 p.m. with funeral services being conducted at 3 p.m. with Rev. Jay Bunting officiating. Interment followed in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. Condolences can be made to the family at www.hinklefennerfuneralhome.com
