Hazel Marie Fulton Lansberry, 46, a former resident of Parsons and for the past ten years, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Thursday, September 20, 2018, at her residence. She had been in her usual health and death was unexpected.
Hazel was born Wednesday, March 22, 1972 in Philippi, a daughter of the late Howard Franklin Fulton and Mable Agnes Canfield Fulton, who survives in Elkins.
Also left to cherish Hazel’s memory are two brothers Howard “Lee” Fulton and wife Courtney, Daniel Glenn Fulton, all of Elkins, one sister; Becky White and husband, Kevin, of Jane Lew, nieces and nephews, Shaneah Fulton, Katie Fulton, Ellissa White, Addie White, Daniel Worles, Jr., Lukas Worles, and Noah Worles, and a special friend, Larry Mitchell.
Preceding her in death besides her father is one sister, Tammy Sue Fulton.
Hazel was a graduate of Tucker County High School with the class of 1991. She had worked in housekeeping at Davis & Elkins College for several years, a position that she enjoyed very much. Always smiling, she enjoyed shopping, texting, and spending time with family and friends, especially her “sidekick”, Addie. She had attended the Hambleton Pentecostal Church of God.
