Jessee Alan Flanagan of Oxon Hill, Md. passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017 at the age of 49. Jessee was born on Aug. 21, 1968 to Alan and MaryAnn Flanagan of Elkins, WV. He grew up as the eldest of two children and attended Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas, Va. He went to college and worked as an infectious disease triage nurse at Jenson Specialty Clinic in Washington, DC.


Jessee is survived by his father, Alan Flanagan, brother Eric, niece Madeline Flanagan and nephew, Dane. He was preceded in death by his mother MaryAnn Flanagan, grandparents Ivan and Eva Pearl Waybright Eye and Kermit and Agnus Flanagan.

Jessee has a large family of aunts and uncles. Jessee is survived or preceded by the following; Frank and Janet Flanagan, Jack and BettySue Wardrope, Mike and Pam Eye, Tom and Martha Smith, Charles and Francis Riffle, Don and Mary Eye, June (Ivan) and Maggie Eye, Kent and Norean Hedrick, Okey and Nancy Eye, Pete and Juanita Cosner, Everette and Marion Eye, Dick and Shirley Eye, Lena “Irene” Nelson, Robert Eye and EmmaLou Eye.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16 at the Red Creek Bethel Church, Laneville Rd. Dryfork, WV.
