She was the step-daughter of the late Norma (Bohon) Bava. She was a graduate of Parsons High School with the Class of 1953.

In September of 1956 she married John Jarosiewicz who preceded her in death. Joann is survived by her five brothers and four sisters, Joseph H. She subsequently moved to Jupiter, FL, and worked for Marquette Electronics for nine years fabricating pacemakers, before moving back to West Virginia to be near family. Joann loved gardening and decorating her house. She will be sadly missed by her family.

Joann had donated her body to be donated to WVU’s Human Gift Registry. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. This notice is courtesy of the Randolph Funeral Home for Joann L. Bava Jarosiewicz. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.therandolphfuneralhome.com.
