Larry Wayne Cooper, Sr., 65 passed away May 17, 2015 at Winchester Medical Center. He resided in Romney, WV and formerly of Harman, WV. Friends will be received, Wednesday, May 20, 5-8 p.m. at the Harman Church of the Brethren. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 21, 11:00 AM, at the Harman Church of the Brethren.
