Lucille (Hedrick) Harr, 87, of Moorefield, WV passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV. She was born March 11, 1931 in Thomas, WV, the daughter of the late Viola Catherine (Helmick) Hedrick and William Jennings Bryan Hedrick.
Mrs. Harr attended Tucker Co. schools; was a sales associate at Coffman Fisher and Heck’s in Moorefield, WV; and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond B. Harr on January 24, 2004, two sisters, Lorene Pennington & Venora Heitz and two brothers, Junior Hedrick & Joseph Hedrick.
She is survived by three sons; Raymond “Rockie” Harr and wife Sharon of Franklin, WV, William Franklin “Bill” Harr and wife Maxine, daughter, Caroline of Forest, VA, Jeffery Michael Harr, significant other Jennifer Elliott, her daughter Cheyenne of Hillsborough, NH; a sister, Sandra Patch and husband Doyle of Fisher, WV; a brother, Herbert Hedrick of Virginia Beach, VA and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family received friends from 5 – 7 p.m., Friday November 16, 2018 at Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street, Moorefield, WV. A visitation was held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Buena Chapel, Canaan Valley, WV at 10 a.m. Services followed at 11 a.m. with Pastor Doris Hedrick and Pastor Doyle Patch officiating. Interment was at the Buena Chapel Cemetery.
