Marshall James Long, born April 28, 1994, was a man with an unmatched personality, an infectious smile, and a deep love to make others laugh. He graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Studies. He died July 20, 2019, of an aneurysm. Marshall is survived by his parents, Michael and Cheryl Long, Nixa, MO; his little sister, Veronica, Kansas City, MO; his maternal grandmother, Veronica Staron, Dryfork, WV; and his paternal grandmother, Joyce Carter, Jasper, Missouri. He is also survived by many loving friends and members of the Long, Staron, Wilson, Tekavec, Zadell, Burnett, Brooks, and Robinette families in the United States and around the world. His memory will live on forever, though the world is left darker without his light. His ashes will be scattered on the family farm he loved and wanted someday to live and raise a family on. He will now reside there for eternity.
